Payment
The security deposit payment for a Bike is 5,000 – 10,000 Baht. The owner will return the deposit payment if there is no damage.

Honda PCX 160 cc – 5,000 THB
Honda Forza 350 cc and Yamaha X-Max 300 cc – 10,000 THB
Renter shall pay other charges in accordance with this Agreement due upon return of Vehicle, to the fullest extent allowed by law, including but not limited to:
a) Loss of, or damage or repair to the Vehicle, loss of use, diminution of the Vehicle’s value caused by damage to it or repair to it, and costs to enforce such charges including administrative fees for processing the claim and legal expenses;
b) Unless due to the fault of Owner, all fines, penalties, traffic and/or parking violations, court costs, towing charges and other expenses relating to the Vehicle assessed against Owner or the Vehicle during the rental Term;
c) All expenses Owner incurs due to Renter’s failure to return the Vehicle including costs in locating and recovering the Vehicle;
Insurance
Renter is responsible for all loss or damage.
a) Do the motorbikes come with insurance? The compulsory government insurance covers all road victims affected by traffic accident. It covers against damage to life, body and health which is the liability of the driver of the insured vehicle. The victim(s) will receive compensation from the insurer. For the driver of the insured vehicle will only receive the preliminary compensation according to the insurance policy conditions as follows: Medical expenses in case of injury, not exceeding 30,000 Baht In case of death or permanent disability or loss of organs, 35,000 Baht Both cases combined, not exceeding 65,000 Baht.
b) Does the insurance cover damage to the vehicle of the opposite party? No, usually whoever is at fault for the accident pays
c) Does the insurance cover injuries to the opposite party? Yes
d) Does the insurance cover damage to my rented motorbike? No
e) Does the insurance cover theft of the motorbike? No rental motorbike in Thailand can be legally covered for theft.
Restrictions on Use
Only those who are a party to the Agreement, sign the Agreement and have a current valid driver’s license to operate the Vehicle are permitted to drive the Vehicle. Any other drivers are prohibited from operating Vehicle.
Renter shall not drive or permit the Vehicle to be driven by any person who does not hold a current valid international or Thai driver’s license to operate the Vehicle;
A license from any ASEAN country is accepted in Thailand. (Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam)
Use the bikes in Phuket only
Wearing a helmet for driver and passenger while riding is required.
Free Delivery
Free Delivery (Pickup & Drop off) is only available in Rawai and Naiharn areas.
3-day rental minimum for Low season
7-day rental minimum for High season
Owner will message you when they are on the way to Renter hotel. Please wait outside the lobby of your hotel with cash and and security deposit.
Repairs or Loss and Reporting to Police
Vehicle shall not be serviced or repaired and parts and accessories shall not be replaced without Owner’s prior consent. Renter shall alert Owner to any damage to the Vehicle. Renter shall be responsible for any loss or damage to Vehicle and loss of use, diminution of the Vehicle’s value caused by damage to it or repair to it and missing equipment. In the event Renter is in an accident, has an incident in Vehicle or if Vehicle is subject to theft or vandalism Renter shall report the accident or incident to Owner as soon as practicable.
In case of the motorbike having a flat tyre, the Renter have to pay for the repair. Please call Owner to go and change it for you. Please don’t keep riding the bike because it will destroy the tyre and you will need to pay for a new tyre. (To be safe for the next customer, we can’t use the faulty tyre)
In case of losing the bike key, the Renter have to pay 200 Baht to make a new copy.
Return of Vehicle
Renter shall return Vehicle on the date specified in the agreement form in the same condition as Renter received it. Renter shall return the Vehicle to the agreed return location. If Vehicle is not returned on said date and time, Owner reserves the right to take any action necessary to regain possession of the Vehicle.
Please let us know or call if you would like to keep the bike longer. If you disappear and you don’t try to give any notification, Owner will get the bike back from you without returning back the deposit payment.
No refund in any case of return the bike earlier
Returning time between 9:00 am – 17:00 pm.
In the case of return of the bike being late, the charge per bike/hour are below.
